This letter from Julie Croft who presented me with the offer will explain everything. I lost $11,407.00 on 6/24/09. Please help stop internet fraud:

Hi Scott and Sharon,

I feel awful for promoting Elaine to you, as I thought she was an honest person.  As I told Sharon, I have not received a penny
from her in regards to "Cash Upfront Liquidators."  I am a victim also, and have spent 9 months trying to make some money.
Every time I came close to closing a deal it would fall through.  I was good at getting listings for her website, but never made a
sale. 

Then she told me, I had what it took to become a broker and was going to take me under her wing.  This is within the last
3-4 months.  Again, I had my hopes up that I would finally make some money.  I have worked my butt off for her and received
nothing in return.  I honestly thought she was legit because we had many work related phone calls and emails.  I thought that
 someone who was spending this amount of time with me was legit!  But evidently I was wrong!

I will assist you in any way I can.  I don't know very much about her personal life, as she strictly talked business.  I think she
is a single mom with a couple of teen-age boys, as I could hear them in the background of some of my calls.  I know that she has
a connection with Foxconn, overseas.  Then she lately became involved with a distributor in Indonesia. 

Within the last couple of weeks she has stopped communicating with me, with the exception of one call about a week ago.
She had become highly aggressive in our latest conversations, often yelling at me.  I have never been spoken to so harshly
in my life.  And as you know, I've been a teacher for many years, and no parent has ever spoken to me in this manner.
I was shocked at the way she was treating me and discussed this with my husband.  My husband advised me to walk
away from her.  But I still had 3 clients to deal with, you being one of them.  I can't walk away from unfinished business,
as it's just not ethically right. 

If there's anything else I can do for you, let me know.  I'm still so shocked, frustrated and angry that this has happened to
you.
