December 30, 2003 Liberty Hearing Center sold Clayton Peck a $6,500 pair of hearing aids with the understanding that a rebate of $5,500 would be paid in 39 months from Rebate Voucher date.
They dated the voucher June 17,2004.
September 17, 2007 all of the necessary paperwork procedure was mailed, certified return receipt.
September 29, 2007 it was returned by the post office saying the forwarding order had expired.
The individual who sold the hearing aids will not return our call. We do not have a phone number or fax number for Cashback International, LLC.
