This company has resorted to calling me 7 days a week beginning at 8 am and up until 9pm thay call my employer, they call our cell phone and they call oue home phone a mininmum 12 times a day this is after contact was made and arrangements were agreed upon regarding June's payment.

The response they offer is the calling practice will continue until the actual payment is in thier hands, Aftre we changed our cell phone number they resorted to calling a third party ( a reference we put down on our application) they stated the name of the compnay and that is was an urgent situation and that they cannot reach me, by stating the name of the company they divulged the substance of the call!.

This particular issue will open them up to a lawsuit on issues of privacy
