CashDirectExpress GECC Collected $106.00 every 2 weeks, interest only, for 8 weeks. I never applied for a loan with them. Internet

   I applied for a 6 month loan for, $1000.00, with a company called WesternSky over the internet. I awaited for an approval, and was told I had been approved for $400.00. I accepted, and the next day it was deposited in my account. After one week I never heard from them or recieved any instructions for repayment. I contacted WesternSky and they told me that they had never recieved or processed a loan for me.

   I contacted my bank, by phone, to try and find out who had deposited the money in my account, and the only information they had was the name cashdirectexpress. They had no other information for contact.They began to draw $106.00 from my account, every two weeks and it was 6 weeks before I was sent an e-mail with any information about the company.

   I was then informed that the $106.00 was paying intrest only and that $506.00 was due on the following pay-period. I called the number, and spoke to a representative, who was rude and unwilling to help me with my problem. After $424.00 was taken from my account, I filed a fruad report with my bank, and closed the account.

   I never applied for a payday advance loan with this company and refuse to pay the rediculous intrest charges they are charging me with. They are a Fraud!
