Caskers.com Caskers Did not deliver the gift, did not notify me Internet

I ordered a $150 bottle of Scotch for a client as a thank you for sending me a referral. I told the client to expect it. About 3 weeks later I talked to him and happened to ask him "so how was the Scotch?" He said he never got any Scotch.

So I went to the Caskers website to check on the order. I noticed that the order was "still processing", even though my credit card had been charged 3 weeks earlier. I looked for a phone number to call for customer service, but there is no such number. So I filled in their online form.

They got back to me within 3 days to tell me that the item is out of stock and won't be back in stock for the foreseeable future. They offered to refund my money, but nothing beyond that to make it right.

If I hadn't asked my client about the Scotch, I would have never known that it wasn't delivered. So watch out, and I would avoid Caskers if I were you.
