I contratcted to work for Castforce.  I did 3 projects the first Switchers for Walmart and one store had marked the item down the store on Killian Road in Columbia SC and did not carry so I could not take a picture.  The company said that I would have to go back and take a picture showing did not carry.  This was to be done on my time no pay and my gas for a 30 mile each way trip.  I did and still did not get paid.  Then I did a project for AS seen on TV.  THe stores were all done right and pictures taken.  3 days before supposed to get paid, which was 57 days after completing the project, I get an email from Quality Control that I had not taken pictures right.  I did not get paid for 3 stores.  Again they wanted me to go back and correct.  I did and still did not get paid.  The next project that I did for Castfore was for Dollar tree for prepaid cards.  I did as asked and was told once again that there were problems with pictures.  I did 7 each 7 Eleven stores with prepaid stores.  I removed old product set to planogram and put new products.  after A 2 week period once again I get an email that there was a problem that I did not remove old Xbox cards which I had, the Blue Hispanic Western Union were not removed even though they had a backer sticker for this product and they wanted me to use my gas and time to go back to correct.  The icing on the cake was the wALMART hardware reset which we were to have 3-4 people to complete a 24-30ft reset.  I only had help after being at the first store for over 4.5 hours doing myself help for 7 additional hours.  They wanted to pay me $30.00 for 11 hours work.  THis is less than minimum wage.  They want to hide behind a independent Contractor status but tell us how to do work, if not done the way they feel it should be done not pay us at all.  

The next Walmart was a store which I did for the first 3 hours myself and then had help for the next 8 hours.  Again they wanted to pay only $30.00 for 11 hours.  When I called to complain I was told my account was being deactivated and I would not be paid for any of the work completed.  They owe me $485.00 for the Dollar Tree, 7 Eleven and 2 walmarts and are paying nothing.  This company needs to be investigated, and shut down.  If you look on the blogs hundreds of people have been scammed by this company.  There needs to be a class action suit by all people that worked for them.  They need to be investigated by wage and hour.  Working for 11 plus hours for $30.00 is not only rediculuous but illegal. THis is less than minimum wage.  To top all things off the company takes from 45 to sixty days to pay and find every excuse not to pay.  Their people are rude and obnoxious.  Before attempting to work for this company read the blogs it speaks a thousand words for this pathetic so called company.

This company is a ripoff after hold my $4000 and claiming I was one of their top contractors and they claim to see one fraudlent pictures. Are you kidding me?

 Jerry you shouldn't continue to work for them when they aren't paying you. I have worked for them and learned fast to take more pics then needed. I've read all the horror stories about CAST. You could always try contacting (((REDACTED))) in Tampa. Good lucky!

I'm not aware of anything at this time. If you do not do the work correctly period, you will not get paid this is what QC is all about QUALITY CONTROL. Believe me, I don't like it when sent back to the stores but it is what it is. I have gotten paid for all my work, I just hope you know it will cost you more money to get an attorney to sue the company for work then your money you worked for. We all can agree to disagree. Castforce still has some flaws but they are always trying to work hard to get better!

This company has scammed hundreds of people and needs to be shut down.  I ran into another ex Castforce worker that was ripped off today her name is Diane.  She did 400.00 worth of work to never get paid.  THis needs to stop immediately and a class action suit needs to be filed.

Thomas if you are in love with this company you can have the work.  This company is not worth working for. They are pathetic.

I do agree with some of your response from time to time but the company has its bad to great days, so you do not know what it is like to be them on a daily basis just like they from time to time do not know what it takes to be us!
