Castings 4 U Inc. City Model and Talent State of NY vs. City Model and Talent which is run out of the same office as Castings 4 U, Inc. NO REFUND SCAM Islandia, New York

Buyer Beware SCAM:  Director Jack Mitchell used to sell time share real estate and is far from a veteran casting director in his younger years he dabbled in photography.  This establishment used to be called City Model and Talent which lost a State of NY Attorney Generals Office lawsuit. Google it!  Now in the same location in the same office is Casting 4 U Inc. a brand new business model with the same owner Jacqueline Krentzel-Miller. 
 
READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU GIVE UP YOUR CREDIT CARD.  THEY OFFER NO REFUNDS FROM THE MOMENT THEY SWIPE YOUR CARD.
 
The webpage agreement states that you have two days to cancel and you do not.  They dont honor their own written agreement. The webpage agreement allows photos to be posted. They quickly take photos without makeup, without hair, without styling.  You do get an amateur photographer, who does not know how to pose people. I had to suggest my own poses. This is then later considered services rendered.  I am a SAG-Aftra Union Actor and I fell for this.  
 
They collect tax in CASH at a different rate then NY STATE SALES TAX for Suffolk County Long Island. Buyer Beware.  Did they pay the correct sales tax? Why was the price different for me and for my girlfriend?  Why was the sales tax, collected in cash, different as well?
 
Also Jacqueline K. claims they are audio taping in the office without your consent which would be illegal wiretapping in the State of MA of which I am a resident.  READ BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING.  Dont fall for the older Jacky boy as his talent is to sell services I already have with Boston Casting at a fraction of the price.
 
A real talent and modeling agency will take a 10 percent fee as suggested even by the Screen Actors Guild for WORK that has been FINISHED. Further, if they mandate that they want their photographer to take the photos it should be FREE with hair, make up, wardrobe and stylist. 

They never mention there is no refund verbally and they have you sign forms so quickly you can glance at the 2 day refund sentence and be confused. Therefore, do you have two days or don't you?  I hope you have a good relationship with your credit card company! My girlfriend who was with me also signed up and her credit card company BAC (Bank Of America) didn't put up a good fight while my credit card company Chase did tell me I am credited. We both canceled by written letter that was certified return receipt request by the U.S. Post Office the next day with individual identical letters of cancelation, with appropriate US postal date stamps, BAC did not see this as refundable. We must now take legal action as we have filed a complaint with Attorney General's Office and they are taking too long. 

If they were a legitimate business they would have already refunded our money for dissastifaction of service but instead they spend more effort on leaching on to our credit cards and cash they have already swiped!  Let me ask you how much time and effort did they expend 1 day into a service before I asked to cancel that would be appropiate to allow them to keep the amount of money they charged both of us? 

Further, my girlfriend who is the president of company, did not even have an appointment to be seen.  She was approached in the office by Jack while she was waiting for me! I contacted City Model and Talent looking to expand into NY from Boston with a real role beyond "extra work" and Castings 4 U, Inc. called me for an appointment.  Jack has a warm charming talent to allow you to part with your money and convince my girlfriend that she too should jump on the band wagon for half the price.   With sincere distaste I write about this company with mutiple names and the same address.  May my words reach your eyes for a simple slice of clarity so that I may be a bridge builder for others to follow in my footsteps.
