I got suckered, like the rest of us, and yes I am also military at Ft. Hood, TX, on a sales pitch for Photo World. Was told I had 3 days after I signed the contract to cancel. Went in on the 2nd day to cancel, they had me sign a form... should've gotten a copy, but I didn't.
They call me at my office almost every day. I have talked to about 20 people in the past 2 years from Castle Credit, and every single time they blow me off. I have gotten in yelling matches with a few of them because they start insulting me and cursing at me.
My sergeant major has told them they cannont contact me at work because it is illegal, but they still do. I signed the contract before I got married, my name only. Some how they found out who my husband was (also military and we have different last names) and called his unit!
That was it for me, I called them a went off on them. My husband has nothing to do with this and they are calling his unit!! I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint, also found out they are not members of BBB...gee I wonder why! BBB has 43 complaints within the last 12 months on Castle Credit.
