Castle Resorts Int., aka, Corporate Resorts Int. sent a contract to sell our timeshare at Westgate Lake Resorts (another massive ripoff) promising refund of $842.49 fee if not sold within six months. Once they tapped our credit card, we could no longer reach them. On the few occassions we did, they would say they were about to take our 'property' to some show in Vegas or something.

Finally, after six months, called, original people no longer worked there. Rebecca immediately went into a sales pitch demanding an additional $985.00 to 'bundle' our TS with others for another month saying she could get us $15,000! When I asked why she needed more money, she said, "You didn't tell us you wanted us to sell it that way (bundled)."

To allow this would not only burn another thousand dollars but would also
preclude us from our contractual refund. I immediatly sent a certified/return-receipt letter demanding $842.49. They received the letter within the required time but have not responded. It has been 10 weeks.

We have called many times. They will never answer. Of course, they do not respond to our messages either. If the office of Attorney General of Florida monitors these reports, I would welcome an investigation, a lawsuit, anything that would bring restitution to me and the many others defrauded by these people. I would also invite the AG to look into the barely-legal scam of selling timeshares that are then rented out to non-owners and advertised cheaper by Priceline and others. We cannot even rent it out without loss!
