There is a person who is mispresenting themselves as a memeber of the real CastleRock ( Warner Brothers) staff. He has used many alias'. As of today, he is using Clark Thomas, Thomas Clark or William Miller. He is contacting Talent Agencies as well as, our talent using urgency as a means to have money wired to him in return for a lead role in a feature film along with a script. Do not ever send any one money or give credit card information, ss #, etc online. It is a complete Scam. Period.

Castle Rock/Warner Brothers in California already has there legal department on this guy. Over the weekend he (Clark Thoms) persuaded an actor we represent to wire $1,100 to him Western Union. Legal action is being taken on our end.

What he does is he either finds the name of a feature film in pre production or he makes up his own film name. All the while dropping big Hollywood names and again insisting that if the actor wants the role they need to send money right away. Implying that they are already cast without ever being seen in person, auditioning or reading fopr a role.

Again, he claims there is a very short deadline. Do not send this person or any one else for that matter money for ausitions, scripts, submissions etc. This is your agents job and we will handle it legally.
