CASTLE ROCK SECURITY - APX - SAI CAPITALIZING AND STEALING FROM THE CONSUMER ARLINGTON HEIGHTS Illinois

I signed up over three years ago and have been sold off three times and had the equipment fail in the first two months with no service or help. Everytime you try to contact the company it always is an hour wait to be told you got to call this number for they own you now. I originally enrolled for three years and new it was coming due so I attempted to cancel the service for it was poor and unreliable only to be told I had to pay 400 dollars for I was renewed. In the three years the only contact I have had is receiving a new security sign which I know now is no longer them as of last night with the night supervisor who was named Sheka at ext 1212 who pretty much said oh well.You expect for your home and family the best security and a 100% service but that has not been the case and yet they fall back to there so called loop holes in to there contract and still do not do right by the customer. All I ask is to reverse the tables and see if they would be happy with this substandard service for the safety of there family for I gurantee if they were not getting paid I would hear from them. They make gurantees by phone,contracts, yet do none of what they gurantee by there company. It is a sad day when a company goes as low as to not only take advantage with scams on the customers and there families, now it's soldiers that provide that freedom to do so yet can not get fairness in return, they should be ashamed for there actions and to take advatage of those who trusted them.
