Castlerock Security Inc... APX Alarm Services-SAI Security Alarm Services Raising my bill, ignoring all letters sent.  Albany, New York

In September 2004, I was approached by several door to door sales persons selling an alarm system, by then Apxx company. which I agreed to in a high pressure situation. Since then the company has changed hands several times until it became Alarm Services. I paid my bill recently, only to discover that they did not acknowledge that I paid it, and added the amount to my next bill. Since then, I have sent several letters requesting that I cease the service, but so far have head nothing back as I feel they are ignoring me in order to continue billing me for higher rates. My calls have also yielded much the same result so far.
