CastleRock Security/SAI / Apex Reach into my pockets and rob me blind Chicago Illinois

The door to door salesman got us to sign the contract in June of 2006. Within a month we were told Apex alarm was now SAI. Customer service has been lacking from the beginning. When the digital conversion was forced upon us two years later in June 2008 at $199.99 we paid it. Stupidly we allowed them acces to auto draft from our bank account. Boy was that a mistake.

In March of 2009, we were told Castlerock had taken over SAI. The same week, the $199.99 for the digital conversion was once again taken from our account without even letting us know. Numerous calls to customer service brought us no relief. We closed the bank account and sent them a notice by registered mail that we wanted our contract cancelled on June 9th 2009.

Imagine my suprise when I finally reach customer service today to find out how much I owe for the 9 days in June that they have monitered our house and they demand the full month payment. Honestly I feel like I've more than paid that with the $199.99 that they've been paid twice now.
