Caswell Resources - Zoe Zimmerman Caswell Resources Fraud. Rip-off loan New York New York

My wife and I applied for a loan online to help consolidate bills. Zoe Zimmerman from Caswell Resources gave us a call a few days later stating that we were approved for a $25,000 loan. Zoe faxed us some papers that looked very legitimate and very professional. She said that we also had to send $1320 to the lender for insurance purposes.

So I get the paperwork faxed back to her with the information that they needed. I told her that the money was in my bank account. She said that it needed to be Wetern Unioned because it has a faster turn around. She told me to send the money to a Roger Evans in Thorn Hill, Ontario Canada. Zoe also said that the $98 Wetern Union fee would be reimbursed to me on my loan.

I sent the money and waited for the funds to arrive to my account which was supposed to take 24 to 48 hours according to Zoe. The money never showed up so I gave Zoe a call. She said that she would call the lender to see what was going on. She called back a while later and said that the lender double checked our credit report and said that we needed to send an additional $1200 to a totally different person in Markham, Ontario Canada.

This raised a red flag for me and I started doing a lot of research on the internet which I wish I would have done in the first place. I saw all this fraudulent loans coming from Canada. I new then that I had been a victim. Zoe had called back and said that if I sent the money it would be in my account in 5 to 6 hours because my money was in Oregon. I said I didn't have it and she asked if I could send $600. I said no and wanted a refund.

She said it would take a month for me to get my money back which I'm sure I'll never see again. They were trying anything to get me to send them some money. I've called back several times and Zoe won't answer unless I give a false name. She kept saying that they've been in business since 1992 and have a rep to keep so they wouldn't rip anyone off. You would think that if somone would have been in business that long you would find more information about them but there isn't.

Their website has recently disappeared and I've read from other victims that they gave a false address. The people that work their sound like they have a Canadian accent. So I'm sure that they were working out of Canada. Don't let these scammers get your money. Beware! I have already complained to the FTC, BBB, and the FBI. Let's shut these scammers down.
