If a CAT sales rep comes to your door, either get on the roof with them or have someone who can do it. If there isn't damage they will make damage. While they have legit contracts if the coffers are low they will resort to insurance fraud if they have to. They wil claim to be representatives with your insurace which is true, they have a network of scam artis Catastrophe adjustors who work on commission who will look the other way while they damage roofs. I encourage you to make them do legit business. Follow their every step, research their every claim, and if you have legit damage they will help you out as long as it will not incovinience them. If you bug them too much and they have most of your money they will write you off unless you file a complaint. Then they will do their job. If you ask for a quote they will tell you they will negotiate with your insurance which means they will milk them for every dime, convince you to not do certain work that the insurance company has paid for, and then take every check from you claiming you signed the paper. Make them bid on the job and they will run or try and manipulate you. Have a problem they will run you in circles. look up thier BBB rating it is only a year old because they go into other states and change their name. in Missouri they were Noble roofing. If anyone tried to hold them to their word they will threaten you withlawsuits and the helpful contractor turns into a lawsuit adversary. If they come to your door. Test what I say. If you watch them they will tell you their is no damage and then walk away. I encourage every customer to set up a sting on them. Play dumb, set up cameras and bust them.
