the checkout process was confusing... it seems as if it is showing you different products or options, and the buttons on the bottom indicate that you can accept or not and to advance to the checkout page, but there never is a checkout page.. instead you see a reciept when you are done,, and if you mis read or clicked on soemthing thinking you want to compare or that maybe you will get an option to say no before you are charged on your credit cared, then you are mistaken... 

After accepting one additional upgrade which was listed as an additional $5.00 per unit 

I also indicated that I did in fact want the 'free' second item, for the extra S&H of $7.99  but what i saw on the final reciept page was that it was for a complete second item package... (with another free item)..

In effect I was charged for TWO complete packages, with two free items

I was charged $29.99 per unit and shipping of $15.90 per unit for a total of $91.78.

According to my calculations I should have been charged $24.99 per unit and $7.99 shipping per unit for a total of $45.96.  You do not get a chance to see the total charges until the order has been processed.

I tried to contact someone instantly.. but the website wont UPDATE the information for upto 24 hours... I tried calling the tele number but again was told thier systems wont update for upto 2-4 hours...

I dont know the name of the company that will try to bill my credit card so I cant stop anything until it is too late...
