Cats Meow Cats Meow are a bunch of crooks Wallingford CT

        We placed an order for a cats meow toy on july 31st 2013.

We were then e mailed with what turned out to be a fabricated fed ex tracking number, I use the word fabricated because when we tryed to track package that was estimated to be delivered by Tues Aug 6th Fed ex had NO record of package or said tracking number when contacted by phone on Aug 7th.

 The e-mail generated by cats meow also said there was an attempted delivery on sat Aug 3rd which was false as we were home and awake at the time the supposed delivery was attempted, there was also no note from post office or Fed Ex left on door.

  We then contacted three post offices in our area and none of them had package or any record of package except one individual who told us when we spoke with him on the phone that an alledged attempt had been made to deliver package but could not be completed due to insufficient postage, because Cats Meow kept all the shipping money for themselves therefore was unable to complete shipment.

  The gentleman on the phone said there was only $1.89 spent on shipping out of $15.00 and he was completely baffled. Cats Meow pocketed the remainder of the shipping fee. This the most convoluted and shifty company I've ever had to deal with, I have contacted the BBB.
