Cautivadora Living Social Hammock Deal Not Honored Shipping Charges Not Refunded New York New York
In July, LivingSocial offered a portable hammock through Cautivadora. When the hammock did not arrive in August, I tried to contact Cautivadora to see when it would be shipped. My calls and emails to their customer service department were ignored. LivingSocial defended Cautivadora as well claiming they had 8 weeks to ship the hammocks.
Finally, LivingSocial took action and Cautivadora and LivingSocial refunded the money for the hammock. It is now October and the approximately $20 shipping fee has not been refunded by Cautivadora and calls and emails to their cusotmer service department remain unanswered.
