CBeyond sales rep told me that my monthly bill will lower than what I was paying before. But when the bill came in it was much higher. In addition they did not provide the services they promised. Their voice quality is poor. We are a small business with only 5 land line subscribed with CBeyond. Within 20 days when I asked them to cancel my contract they said I have to pay $14,000. Verizon doesn't charge anything if someone cancel the services within 30 days. Verizon charges $200 if someone cancel the services after 30 days. $14,000 as penalty against the client because CBeyond did not provide service is very unfair.
Please contact (((ROR redacted))) for possible class action law suit against CBeyond for false promises by the sales people and fraudulent business practice.
