CCA, Capital Credit Alliance Not only ripped me off, but my children as well! Las Vegas Nevada

As an American Citizen, I'm deeply disappointed in this Scam system over the net, esp. with this company CCA, P.O. Box 46101, Las Vegas, NV 89114. Also their service division is CCA, Credit Service Division, P.O. Box 15130, Las Vegas, NV 89114-6101.

I applied for this program, only to rebuild my credit, after loosing credit, due to divorce. I'm a single mom of three wonderful children. I only ordered this to purchase my children, school clothing as convenience, over the net and mail ordering system.

Due to just opening my Salon, and not receiving childsupport from their father for 12 years, this has been a horrible thing to do, to a family in need. The gentleman or let me rephrase that, that non-gentleman, that placed this debt from my account, first took $129.99 out of my account Friday, July 19th. Then on Friday, August 2, 2002 another $70.00. And is suppose to take out of my account Oct. 1, 2002 another 99.00 for annual fees and another $99.00 for protection shields(insurance).

I phoned again for the catalogs had not been delievered yet and they were suppose to have been here in 7 to 14 days. The person I spoke with a few days ago, said they would be here in 7 to 14 days. I don't like to cast judgement on anyone, yet the address of the above claims prior to mine, is the same address and phone # of where I purchased my card and supposedly credit thru catalog order.

What should I do from here. And how can I as a consumer get my money back and send them to jail for fraud, if indeed this is the company. I shall know for sure in within the 14 day extra deadline for magaizines. Thank you for your help!
