CCA First National Credit ripoff Unauthorized Transaction Rude services failed to assist properly Las Vegas Nevada

My name is Lcpl Robert im in the united states marines, ive been searching for a decent card now for awhile and this one came across me in my mail one morning i opened it read it and it seemed to catch my eye with that 8,500 credit line cash so i called and asked details about it, the person seemed very nice and told me all the great things i can do with this card so i pursued the card and they said it would be activated on the 8th of december so i said ok... on the 8th i decided i did not want the card and i asked them has the 200$ been deducted out of my account yet? they said no it is taken out until 12pm.. well i said i do not wish to use this card and would like to cancel the whole thing.. the lady said well we can give you more time to think about it instead of canceling right away then she started to offer more things that i get if i keep it so i told her give me until the 17th of december to think about it and look more into the card. on the 13th when i went to make a withdrawal from my bank account i realized that $199.99 had already been taken out so i immediatly called them.. i talked to the supervisor he told me that i had asked them to do this transaction on the 13th when i know for a fact i said the 17th so either the lady i talked to made a mistake or did this on purpose i dunno?

so i asked the supervisor to kindly reverse the fee all he said was that it is non-refundable and that i cannot get back any of the money.. then he went into detail saying that the catalog has alot of great things in it and that i sould atleast try it out.. thats when i got pissed its like the whole time they were giving me inadequate information.. had i known the 8,500 dollars was only allowed to be spent in there junky catalog i would never even had called.. so i found this out after the 200$ had been deducted from my account and i am now reporting this company to as many places as possible it seems that they have been doing this to alot of young users and i also found out there rating is 1.46 on a scale of 5 which is considered poor credit.. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!
