CCA - First National Card ripoff They took $500.00 from my account in 2005, and have taken me for $299.97 this month in 2006 without my authorization Las Vegas Nevada

In 2005 this company took $500.00 from my account stating it was for payment Security Guard, credit protection, annual fee. The next month they did the same. I cannot reach anyone by phone, and have tried repeatedly. A message says call back in an hour. They cannot be reached at all. This month in 2006, they took $299.97 from my account, leaving me destitute. I have asked the Bank I deal with to try to get the money back for me. I filed the proper paperwork, but will have to wait to see if they can reclaim any monies involved.
These people are thieves, and I want this stopped asap.
Please help me if you can!
