CCA, First National Card Dishonest...Beware...scam...but who is the real problem Las Vegas Nevada

CCA is clearly a bad and harmful company. There is enough evidence of that. People should stay away from them, but that is not always possible. The problem is that not everyone is forewarned, not everyone has access to the internet, and not everyone knows how to fend for themselves.

So why do the authorities allow this company to hurt their "customers"? The Attorney General's office both in California and Nevada do not seem to be doing anything. I wish I knew why. I would also imagine that this would be an easy class action suit for an attorney. But they are also not interested. Why?

So what am I going to do? Well I did not activate my card. However I am going to make my bank an unneccesary victim. Later this week I am closing my account, and will make sure the bank knows that the reason is CCA. I really do not think the bank will care, but I will do it anyway. I also plan to contact the post office to determine if they are interested in a "sting" operation. I am not expecting the post office to be too interested, because it would involve effort on their part to become involved.

So how do we put CCA out of business? How do we hurt CCA?

Well who are the "baddies" in this scenario? Initially I was angry at CCA. But after I cooled off, it slowly began to dawn on me that the problem lies with the credit bureaus.

The credit bureaus sell private information on all of us. They are to blame, because they create the environment that allows scam companies like CCA to exist. First of all the bureaus do not have my permission to use my information. But they sell it without asking for my permission. We need to swarm our representatives with complaints against the credit bureaus. I would like to put them out of business first. Then companies like CCA will disappear soon after.

I would like to encourage all who read this to find out who the representatives for their state are, and begin complaining about the misuse of private information by the credit bureaus. If you are not a victim of CCA I encourage you to contact your representatives anyway. For any smart attorneys out there, where is the achilles heel for the bureaus? Or should we just accept that we can't do anything to stop the injustice.

If enough people complain.... if we can start a grass roots campaign.... my wish is to go after the bureaus and "give them hell"
