ccbill is a billing company used by shady websites which falsely advertise their services by using the old bait and switch tecnique. ccbill will not support you if you are unhappy with the site due to not being able to download what was advertised. If you are downloading a site and it says the billing is done by ccbill cancel right there and save yourself some money.
