Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was appalled to find fraudulent charges on my bank statement. I see many other people have complained about similar charges/experiences, so wanted to add my voice. I was DISGUSTED to read the letter written by the purported ccbill employee posted on this site. It is absolutely impossible that anyone in my household did this. Thankfully, my bank has been very helpful, but these companies have not been.

Should have commented that I find it very odd that so many people find similar fraudulent charges in similar amounts on their statements...if this were random bad guys taking credit card numbers, the fraudulent amounts would not be so consistent. This has to be these "companies" themselves somehow generating these charges, don't you think? I did find an email address linked to one of the charges, and it is no one I have ever heard of. My bank says they will follow up.
