Me and my wife were solicited online by this company to help build our credit, by applying for their credit card. We made the mistake of checking the autopay box.

Since applying for this card they have been hitting our checking account regularly and have caused us to bounce checks for critical services necessary to maintain our home.

Upon cancelling one account they promptly opened two more and continued hitting our checking account. It has caused us to accrue almost 2,000 dollars in past due debt.

When we discovered this we immediately contacted our bank and told them to send no more payments to these people.

Then we tried to contact the company and it appears this company has disappeared. the phone that no one answers because all agents are busy at this time, or the online sight to apply for the card that has completely disappeared.

We would like to recieve the 248.97 a month for three months that they hit our account plus 200 dollars in bounced check charges to be returned to us so that we can stop the debt collectors from removing our home.

CCA,CCS,First National Card,First National Merchant Card,USA Platinum aka martha@s5.serveimage.com. This company solicited us using the title "USA Platinum" stating they specialize in helping to rebuild credit, the above E-mail address was the sender (probably a stolen sn) the following phone numbers were provided as contact points for the company, 1-800-731-0121,1-800-717-1278,1-800-277-7056,1-702-256-3000, there are numerous other reports on this website regarding CCS and they should be considered a serious threat to your financial status. we have spent the last four years rebuilding our credit with no bounced checks, paying all bills on time and generally trying to reestablish ourselves as decent upstanding people. in the last two months we have had seven bounced checks and are 2000 dollars in debt(current or past due debt) we are seriously considering bankrupcy because of what this company has done to us. Any help to nail this company down and hold them accountable would be appreciated. Anyone who reads this should immediately e-mail all people in your address books and notify them of this Co. and if they have fallen victim of this company they should report them and take necessary legal action.
