C.C.S. usa ACA international Blatantly fraudulent company , picks addresses and names out of a hat . Norwood Massachusetts

 So I go get my mail today and there is a letter from a company called CCS/USA , also known as ACA international . They inform me that my husband owes them $500.00 for unreturned equipment for Mediacom ( our local internet provider) . So I contact CCS to find out how we owe for something we never had . They give me the run around and tell me they can't help , that I need to contact Mediacom . she does give me an account # and " original " address of the service ....... So I asked if the service belonged to that address how were we billed for it . I was told " we simply had not heard from the original address , so we picked the next one that had the same name ." .So I call Mediacom they tell me "none of the information matches up with your husband , you do NOT have any bills with us ." Round 2 , I call CCS back , and explain what Mediacom told me . CCS then let's me know "We don't have any information that says your husband is the one who owes the bill ." So yes they committed FRAUD . Here is the definition of fraud : FRAUD-Noun , Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain . Have they committed fraud , by the very definition , yes they have . I think a class action lawsuit is in order . Here is my email for anyone interested in firming a class action suit .
