CCSD Cheyenne Transportation Yard Clark County School District Transportation allows driver to smack my child Las Vegas Nevada

On October 24 2008 my 11 year old son came home from school and said the bus driver had smacked him. Other children on the bus told me they saw this happen. There was also an allegation of this driver smacking a kindergartner the week before. I called the transportation supervisor(Alice Cash) who basically yelled at me about the seriousness of the allegations and proceeded to tell me what a behavior problem my child is. The incident was investigated by a supervisor who went to the school to talk to my son. The driver is still driving and should not be. The State of Nevada cares nothing for your kids. The Clark County School District employees have more rights once they get their jobs than your kids do in their schools. Education in Clark County is not for the student but the teacher and administrators and bus drivers to abuse their authority. If a parent calls with a concern about an incident with an employee all the CCSD does is make the child's education and transportation a living hell. They do not care about kids. They care about each other. They lie and cover for one another. They take out all their frustrations on your kids. They take no responsibility for their actions and their faults, but they expect your children to ignore the fact that they are being taught by idiots. The mental abuse these teachers and bus drivers and administrators put our kids thru is criminal. There should be a class action law suit against CCSD for simply refusing to educate our kids.
