I placed an order on Monday, December 7th, 2009 over the phone at approximately 9PM.  I have been ordering from CD2U for over a year now - and have had limited issues with them.  I normally get my shipping info 1-2 days after I place my order.  On Thursday - when I realized I hadn't heard anything - I called the company's 800 number only to fine an automated message with no option for me to speak to someone or anything - just saying that they can not take orders at this time.  I have e-mailed 'sales@cd2u.org' twice - even though it states not to write to that e-mail address - with no response.  The money came out of my account on Thursday, December 10th, 2009 - I tried to call AGAIN figuring someone would be available then with no luck.  I'm kind of stuck and really don't know what to do at this point.  I called my local police department and was advised to file a grievance with the Kentucky Attorney General.  If I don't get my cigarettes today when I get home from work [Monday, December 14th, 2009] I will proceed to take that action and any other action necessary to get my $84.05 back - or my cigarettes.  I have located an Israel Chavez's [the alleged owner of the company] phone number(s) in Louisville, KY - I tried to call it last night - with no answer.  Here are the numbers if anyone else would like to try:  (502)368-5987, (502)614-7029 & (502)614-7030.

I have spoken with the Louisville, KY Department of ATF and they advised me to contact my state's Attorney General's office.  I suggest you all do the same.  I have filled out my form and will be mailing it and all of its supporting documents out today.

I just looked at the scanned copy my bank has of the 'check' and it appears that Chavez, Inc. [CD2U, Cigarettes Direct, etc.] banks through Bank of America.  It has the account number on there and everything.  I'm only 24 so I'm really unsure what I can do with this information, but I've been advised in the last hour to go to my bank to discuss this matter.
