CDB Cyberdefender US Tech/ MyCleanPc/ DoubleMySpeed Was informed the total cost to fix my old computer which I no longer have and refused the service yet they have continually charged my account for the past four years without my consent. CDB Cyberdefender is well how can I convey this, less than scrupulous. I downloaded and used there software on my old computer in 2010. When they told me the total cost of the service to repair my computer I immediately refused the service. Yet for four years running they have charged my credit card for the service. Can you say un-ethical business practice? I knew you could. I called and they said they will refund the $39.98 to my account but that does not get back the $119.94 they underhandedly took from me already. They identify as US Tech/CBD Cyberdefender/MyCleanPC/DoubleMySpeed, there may be more handles I don't for sure so buyer beware. I did some research on this company and found literally hundreds of similar complaints against this company describing what I have dealt with. Me thinks it is high time for a Class Action Suit against this company.
