CDL TRANSPORT RIP OFF Houston Texas
Wow, where to start...My husband went to this place to get his CDL Class A he paid his $$ took all his test and passed them in 2 weeks then we made the DPS test appointment immediatly then notified one of many receptionist that are in the office she said okay i have put you on the schedule and to come by a fews weeks before to watch the video. Let me add we notified them about the test 2 months early. Well later on we went in to get the airbrakes paper he had to remember I confirmed his appointment again to make sure everything was good well so happens that my husband was never on the schedule for his diving test, and they said they would do what they can to book him in. That alone was stressful no one ever called we had to keep calling them Yuri just kept telling us was dont worry dont worry. Well then as the date got closer my husband needed to do test driving pracitices 3 days before they told him Saturday and Sunday well Saturday my husband showed up to Roseberg to practice and no one showed up, so he called Yuri she said the truck broke down and that they will make up for the time by giving him 3 hours of practice, so he went Sunday lady training was the RUDEST LADY EVER she yelled at him told him he was stupid and if he broke his truck he ws going to pay for it and she didnt even allow him to practice the air brakes because she did them as my husband and another guy just watched. 30 min and thats it she made him sign and then she left. So my husband didnt learn anything. Not to mention his driving test was for the coming up Tuesday (Today as we speak)
so yesterday Monday I searched another CDL class (AAA CDL) and paid them to practice with their truck the owner Cesar was the most nices respectfulest person he helped my husband and answered every question he had within 1 hour. Well noW my husband is at the DPS and quess WHAT!!! YES NO TRUCK HIS BEEN THERE SINCE 1PM HIS APPOINTMENT WAS AT 3PM. I called Renee and he said that they have another appointment at the Gessner location and I said what does that have to do with my husband. we paid you for service and we have not received any service from you. Except using your computed in your no A/C office (which after I learn that they are free on line)He said all he would have to do is reschedule it seem so easy for him to say when we all know the appointments are so booked for months.And my husband has a scheduled trip to his country for the holiday which he had already paid his flight to even cancel because of them.. They are fraudddd. After they take your money thats it...DONT NOT BE FOOLED. MY HUSBAND MISSED WORK AND IT HAS CAUSED STRESS ITS REALLY NOT WORTH IT AND IM REPORTING IT TO THE BBB. AND DISPUTING WHAT I PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD. IM GETTING MY MONEY BACK..This is to alert alot of humble person who want to better their life and get a CDL lincense to have a better paying job and this is sad because we need to help each other. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU..
