Mattias Bergström has been a scam artist in the translation industry since the late '90s. Previous companies, which are now bankrupt, include Viking Text and CE Systems.
He orders translations from translators and then provides them to clients as a translation agency without compensating the translators. Then he goes bankrupt and disappears only to come back and do the same thing again. He has run at least 5 companies like this.
Before going into the translation market he ran a window cleaning business.
His present company CEAB, sometimes listed as 'Textservice AB' (which is not registered,) owes me €500 for orders from April 2012. Collection is impossible as he refuses to pay.
The company is registered in his home, but he lists it with a fake address and phone number in Stockholm via a reception/postbox service.
