So many reports on this dude this may be a waste of time.  But the stuff that is on here about Cece is all true.  He is a real loser.  He begged money off of me telling me that he had an overnight package coming with his check for his recent tour.  He claimed he had to pay a bill for his ex-wife and that he would give me back the money as soon as Fed Ex got there the following morning.



Dude ripped me off $300.  I wasn't wanting him.  I think he is pretty nasty looking but I didn' think that his entire story about being a famous comedian was a front.  It was when dude ripped me off that I started asking around.  He is bad news.



I hope this helps someone so they won't end up a victim of Cece.  He uses his cousin to add legitimacy to his fake claims about celebrity.  His cousin may be Shemar Moore, but Cece Mor is a nobody and he has nothing but chasing tail that really wants his cousin. Cece is a con. that guy hasn't ever done a show that I or anyone I have ever known has heard of.  No one ever heard of him except people he tells that he is famous and wealthy.
