alixpress.com is a site where you can buy clothes and shoes from overseas in China. I paid for some for shoes and sent the money via Western Union to JianPing Zhu to city called Guangzhou and address Huayeli, Xizeng Road, Liwan District, Guangzhou City, Guandong Province, 510000, China and once i sent them the money she first told me that i would have my tracking number the next day that was a LIE then, she said i would have it on Monday and i had to threaten her with the Police to get my tracking number but then, she gave me a BOGUS tracking number that led to nothing!! I kept tracking and tracking and nothing showed up so i ask for a refund! Finally after 26 messages without a response of me asking for a REFUND she finally responded and said you would give me a REFUND but never told me a time or answered me after. Its been a WEEK of asking for a REFUND with no ANSWER and i know she is receiving my messages. Once she got the money everything changed!! I see that this person has many complaints on the website but i didnt know that until after i had already sent the money! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM DONT BUY ANYTHING EVEN IF ITS WITH PAYPAL YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!! PAYPAL will only want to see a TRACKING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION and NO MATTER IF THEY SENT YOU A KEYCHAIN IF YOU Sign for it, you're DONE! There is no way you will get a REFUND it will be your word against theirs and they will win trust me!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS DONT BUY ANYTHING OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!
