MOE Najmeddine from Cedar Publishing is a SHYTER.. He contacted me back on June 4 2013 about putting my business in his magazine he said I would be helping out my community Police Departments and I thought oh this might be great advertising for myself as I am in the traffic control industry. So we had talked never once did he tell me my conversation with him was being recorded. I told him I may be interested but I would need to see a proof before he processed my order. Well never  heard from him till August 15 2013 as he was phoning me to tell me my invoice was past due I was really confused as I said to him I never recieved a copy of my proof he said to me I don't need a copy of your proof as it has already been published. So I hung up on him and he called me back and it went to voicemail he never left a message a couple of days later I received the  magazine and invoice for $ 309. I was looking at this so -called magazine it was made so cheaply like peices of paper stapled together and our business information printed off the computer.And then I looked at my add and it said that I support our Local Police Dept and that my business was in Vancouver BC which it is not. I was looking at the other businesses on there and some of them looked terrible..

I have yet to pay my invoice and I never will as on Aug 28 2013 I was on the Vancouver Police Departments Face Book page and it said ....

A reminder to everyone there is no such thing as the * vancouver police magazine* and if you get a phone call soliciting a subscription IT IS A SCAM . If you are a victim of FRAUD you need to contact your local police department non emergency line.

So I got into action  I phoned every single person that had there business advertised in this magazine some people paid with there visa card some already sent there check out and some were in the process of sending them out. These people were just floored as some of them had been advertising with him for several years.

And none of these charity's got one red cent from CEDAR PUBLISHING .. So I ask where is all that money ??

From me making the calls I have saved people there hard earned money over $ 80,000. This makes me feel real good.

We all need to pool together and hire a Lawyer and get a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT Againist this Moe guy and Cedar Publishing... And put him through the ringer and send him packing.
