Cedarview Lending Personal loan rip-off first year of payment for bad credit Cambridge Massachusetts

I filled out a web application at loanunion.net { be aware of that site } and I got a call from Victoria King that I was approved for a $5000 loan. She sent me a contract and everything seemed to be legit. I sign the contract and she explained to me that since me credit was not good that the company asked for a 6 month payment. She explained that is a new item since the economy was bad. I believed everything that she said. I sent the money via money gram and thought that everything was good.

Then the next day I got a call from customer service and told me that they did a revision on the contract and I needed an additional amount and the loan would be approved. I really needed the money and had made arrangements on paying bills since the next day, I would have 5,000 in my account. It was doing a holiday weekend, so the money would have been into my account by that monday. On monday, I checked my account and saw that the money wasn't in my account. I called and talked to a Tim Phillips.

He informed me that the bank didn't release the money and that we { the company and I } was going to file a settlement to sue the bank. Needless to say that since doing all of this I see this website and others that Cedarview Lending is a scam. I checked the BBB website and they had nothing on them. They had a legitmate website that I was on. As of today, 7-14-2009, the phone number doesn't work, and the website is down.
I am ready to stop these people who have done this to me and others... I am willing to do whatever it takes to stop this madness..........
