Cedric Lazard Dunkley CeCe Cedric Dunkley scammed me out of $4500 by promising to build my online business by recruiting enough signees to take me to the next level in my business and clear from 12 to 15 thousand additional dollars. He did absolutely nothing at all. Phoenix Arizona

This was Cedric Dunkley's promise to me in the form of an email.
Cedric: I understand. This is how it will work.
1. Create A Campaign Using Premium Leads
2. Find 7-10 Qualified Prospects To Join = minimum of $10,000/ maximum of $35,000
Once we bring in 7-10 new members, we coach them so they get their 1st sale. Even if all 10 new members joined at $500, it =$5,000. Once the get their 1st sale its another $5,000. The next level up is Platinum for a $7,500 upgrade fee. I know out of 10 new members 1 or 2 will come in above $500 so I think the profit will be around 12-15,000. You can do 2 things now, you can do another campaign and bring in more members so you make more money now, or you upgrade and reinvest. Either way you are now making money and you have a team. I want you to get good people so that is what I will look for. If the get a campaign with me then I can make extra so we both win.
He did nothing, nada, zero for me. No contacts, no prospects, no service.

How many Cedric Lazard Dunkleys aka CeCe live in Phoenix? Unless he has cheated a lot more elderly women out of their money, he knows perfectly well who I am. I also filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General about the same time, and although that office rarely acts on any complaint filed with it, he might want to check it out. He can make all this go away if he refunds my $4500 (no interest required).
I still have the proof of Cedric's swindle and will gladly produce it. Az. Att'y Gen also has it. Pay me back and this all disappears.

This "Anonymous" person claims I took money from them for a service that was never fullfilled....FALSE! 1. I never offered a service as described on this report. 2. The person failed to identify themselves, and made a none sense claim to slander my name. 3. Who looses $4500 and does a complaint anonymous?
This person is clealy making a false claim or using my name to complain against a company I have worked for in the past. As a sales person (former telemarketer) I have only heard of stories like this but this is a 1st for me. I have never spoke with this person to my knowledge as I dont know who it is, or what they are talking about.
