SEO Reputation Management at its best!

My wife and I drove for this company for over a year. We enjoyed this company until November 2008. This is when we were assigned a new Driver Manager. This driver manager from the get -go wasn't very polite. She was very rude on the phone. We were told by the president of this company that he would rather see us fire our driver manager than quit his company. We tried to fire our Driver manager 3 separate times. The first time we were wrote up for trying to fire her. We went up the chain of command like we were told and had the write up removed. The second time we had to go all the way to the VP of Operations. This was bad for us on our part because the VP of Ops and the Driver Manager were buddies and he didn't want to see this happen.

Now in-between the 1st and 2nd time trying to fire her we were wrote up twice by her. The first write up was over miles. Now this is how we got paid was by dispatched miles during the week, and we got wrote up because we complained about our miles being down in 3-4000 mile range. We went into the VP office and sat down with him and we were told we couldn't fire her. She was a good person and a good Driver Manager and this is why we weren't allowed to fire her. The second time we were wrote up was because as we pulled out of one of our terminals where we were told we cut a car off. This did not happen either. We remembered this and what actually happened was we came out after all traffic was cleared and no traffic was coming. I came to the light and this car came up beside us honking and throwing her middle finger out her driver side window at us. She called the company and told them we cut her off and were honking back at her. We got wrote up for this.

So as months rolled on and it was getting more and more difficult for us to get home. This company would get us within 250 miles but then it would take them a day or 2 to get us home. Now the question I have is I drive your truck and deliver your freight on time and pickup your freight on time all the time. Why would it take up to 2 days to get me home ON TIME? There was 2 more write ups in between July and December 2009. We also tried to fire her one more time but we were told by her we will never be able to fire her that we would be fired first. One write up was because I was doing something in the truck while my wife was driving down the road and talking to our Driver Manager on the phone. I hit my knee off of the ladder to the top bunk and said some explicit language because it hurt and she over heard it on the phone. She immediately went and wrote us both up for that after hanging the phone up on my wife.

The last and final write up was right after my wife come back from medical leave. This one as well was BS. Now my wife had only been back to work for a week when we were fired. Coincidence? I think so as do some of the Driver Managers and a Director of operations we talked to. I ran the truck for 67 days by myself and only got maybe 15000 miles done. I asked for as much as they could give me. This is all they could give me. Now with all these write ups we didn't know about a single one of them until the day we were fired. There was 4 write ups laid out on the table when we were called in and we didn't know about a single one. Now we are no longer working for them and they have really made it impossible for us to get another job diving because we were fired. We tried to get unemployment and denied. Now I am gonna say this from being with this company I have heard a lot of drivers getting Ripped off. I know of a lot drivers having this done to them. This company by far is a joke. The owner stepped aside and let the board of directors run it. They don't care for there Drivers. What ever you do don't go to work for this company you will regret it. If you try to complain about anything your facing the risk of being fired.
