We purchased meat and groceries and then were told we would need a freezer and they would supply a sub-zero freezer at a great rate and they would discount the food cost to off set the purchase of the freezer. We also purchased air purifiers that would also reduce the price of the food.

We were not told that they didn't guarantee the products and you can't return them if they don't work or are not what was advertised. You can exchange the food if it doesn't meet you requirements or is of poor quality.

Well six month later when we were ready to receive everything we ordered. Guess what the subzero freezer isn't a subzero it isn't ever frostfree. It is just a 21 cubic foot regular freezer that they charged us $2100 to have. We we brought this up they said that they never said subzero they said like subzero. Oh yeah right we had a 15 minute discussion on the freezer because I said I would pick one up at Sears or CostCo but the salesman said the this subzero was far superior. Boy get that hook out of my mouth.

The air purifiers were a joke and we paid $1500 for 2 of them again we listened to that salesman we had just had major fires in San Diego and I have asthma so once again I took the salesman at his word.

Well here goes on the food. We told the salesman that we fed 4 people for each meal (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). Well the meat portions are really small, so we would have to use 2 roasts or 2 chickens or 8 pork chops to have a meal and we not have a ton of left overs. All of the chickens still had feathers on them and they were small birds maybe 2 pounds each. I normally buy Foster Farms at 4 to 5 pounds and I don't get feathers as a bonus. The chuck roasts were tough, so tough we fed them to the dogs. They told us the fish was fresh but a lot of it was farm raised.

We we got to paying the bill and trying to return the items Home Acceptance Corporation said there were no returns and we just had to pay for the items. We paid over the phone one month because they didn't have on-line payments available yet. Guess what the just magically took another payment out of my account the next month without authorization. We I called them on this they apologized and sent us $200 in food vouchers from Celebrity Food, INC. Why would I want to order more food?
