Celebrity White teeth Prosmile, Premium white Pro, Credit card fraud. Sent a response asking for more info on my address, I called, phone no answer. Sent email response, no such name per Internet. Internet

Credit card fraud.
After I placed an order for a free sample. An email came to verify and correct the address. There was nothing to correct. Gave me a customer service # to call, which I tried and there was no ring nor a response. The charge to my credit card was for shipping of .99 and another for $1,95. Both company's attempted to charge for shipping. I tried to send a message back, but it was a bad address:shipping@premiumwhitepro.com
Tried calling again in the a.m. and the respondee did not even ask for my name and gave me a different name of the company: Dazzlewhite
