AS MANY OF YOU MAY HAVE NOTICED, CELIRE.COM HAS BEEN 'OFFLINE' FOR SEVERAL DAYS; NOT SURE IF 'AUTHORITIES' SHUT THEM DOWN OR IF THEY MAY BE 'RE-INVENTING' THEMSELVES FOR FURTHER 'SCAMS'.

Celire.com 'SCAM' Complaint

As the old saying goes, "If it seems too good to be true, it probably isn't true".

Hopefully 'AUTHORITIES' have put a stop to this 'fraud' and might be able to facilitate 'victims' getting 'refunds' for their losses.

Many 'thanks' to RipoffReport.com which seems to be the best site for most victims' details; some have been 'scammed' out of a few hundred dollars.

NOTES:

1-When 'online', Celire.com server is 'very slow', so you have to be patient when trying to access that site.

2-While operating, Celire seemed to be using 'DomainsbyProxy' which is supposedly located in Scottsdale; the ISP provider, 'CloudFlare' is located in either San Jose or San Francisco, CA.

Summary of Complaint:

Celire.com seems like a killer deal...but it really just kills your pocketbook!

Some items are listed at great "sale or promotional" prices. Once you get to 'check-out' screen, you are requested to purchase a PSN(Sony Playstation Gift Card) 'code' and submit it for payment. Upon payment receipt an email is sent stating that your order is being processed and may take up to 2 business days.

A couple days later they send another email indicating your order/product was shipped and should be received within 7 business days. They 'do not' provide the name of the 'carrier' or any 'tracking info'.

You never hear from them again. Silence. No response to emails. No merchandise sent. The phone number rings once and then you get a busy tone. They have gone to great efforts to seem legitimate.

There are videos on YouTube from people claiming to have gotten products from them. There are reviews, but they are all from Celire.com's own blog.

(Most of above info has been copied directly from RipoffReport.com site where almost 2-dozen complaints have been logged regarding noted 'scam'; I found it quite interesting that most, if not all purchasers were informed there 'product' had been shipped and should arrive on same day, May 27th or 28th. I believe the site is based in San Francisco, CA, but not certain; ScamAdvisor also provides many 'details' of internet parameters and other info regarding Celire.com)

Details regarding my personal Celire.com 'scam' incident are as follows.

I initially found out about this company and 'fantastic deal' on 5/18/15 via Price Machine at radar@shoppingradar.pricemachine.com which indicated Nextag was listing the subject monitor being available at Celire.com for $49.99.

"Once I've received my monitor and verified everything being OK as anticipated, will be 'reviewing' my purchase from Celire.com online with 'very high' ratings.

Can you 'share' how it is that Celire can offer products at such 'deep discounts' since I will have saved over $150 on this purchase if everything works out as expected?

Hello Carla/Team,

We still have not received our new BenQ EW2440L Monitor and I'm getting concerned it was never shipped since you indicated we should have received it by 5/27-28/15.

If it was indeed shipped, please provide the name of the carrier(UPS, FedEx, etc...) and the 'tracking #' so I can try to find where the shipment might be.

Unfortunately, I've been reading some 'very negative' comments on RipoffReport.com about Celire.com just being a 'scam' and products not being shipped as ordered, etc...; hopefully those comments are 'false'.

We are a 69 year old retired couple on a 'limited fixed income' and cannot afford to loose even the $50.00 we paid to purchase this monitor.

We would greatly appreciate you replying to this message and providing the requested 'tracking' info so we can trace the shipment, if it indeed was sent.

As the old saying goes, "If it seems too good to be true, it probably isn't true", but hopefully you will prove me wrong.

Sincerely,

6/8/15--Since no reply was received to my email of 6/4/15, sent email to 'Carla/Team' at Celire.com requesting 'full refund' of $49.99 purchase price by them sending same as either 'cashier's check' or 'money order'.
6/9/15--Again 'no reply' to any of my recent emails from Celire.com; have 'filed complaints' on various government and other sites as noted at beginning of Case Details.

Possible new 'scams' from Celire.coaBagon; Lazada

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, June 23, 2015

TITLE: aBagon and Lazada-Celire.com Possible SCAM ALERT!! Celire.com REINVENTED AS aBagon and Lazada on Internet

BODY: Follow-up to 6-9-15 Celire.com complaint.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY OUR 'GOVERNMENT' ENTITIES CAN'T 'PERMANENTLY' SHUTDOWN THESE 'FRAUDLENT' SITES BY CONTACTING THE RELATED PROVIDERS, SUCH AS 'CLOUDFLARE' AND 'DOMAINSbyPROXY'.

The day after noted complaint had been filed, when celire.com URL was entered, results indicated Error-522 with message site was 'Down for Maintanance'.

A few days later when same URL is entered, subscriber is taken to new site 'aBagon', which I believe may be another 'SCAM' operation, especially since I cannot find any info about 'aBagon' on the web, other than a city in the Philippines having the same name.

The 'contact phone' Tel: (+55) 1149526788 seems to be in Brazil given the 'International Code'.

Today, when celire.com is entered as the URL another new site(Lazada) comes up on their main page; not sure if it has any relationship to the retailers in the Philippines or Vietnam, that can be found via a Google Search.

Lazada in the Philippines has supposedly been in existance for several years, so not sure how entering celire.com as the URL connects to lazada.com.

I have not made any purchases from either of these sites, but wanted to 'alert' you to above in case the 'perpetrators' of the celire.com SCAM have 'reinvented' themselves in a 'new form'.

Coincidentally, the 'small logo' in the upper-left-corner of the aBagon 'main page' was the same as Celire.com's 'small ladies purse'; not sure if there is any significance to same.

The following URLs contain today's most recent info re old celire.com ISP and Proxy site providers, etc...; unfortunately, there seems to be a GoDaddy 'registrar' relationship re 'proxy' services, etc...

celire.com.ipaddress.com/

http://whois.domaintools.com/celire.com

Have again reported this 'alert' to AZ/CA State Attorney Generals offices, as well as FTC and FBI-IC3; also filed a 'complaint' with the DomainsbyProxy provider in Scottsdale, AZ and with the ISP provider CloudFlare in the San Francisco area.

abuse@cloudflare.com; admin@cloudflare.com; noc@cloudflare.com

fbi.gov/scams-safety/e-scams
azag.gov/complaints/consumer; ftccomplaintassistant.gov
oag.ca.gov/contact/consumer-complaint-against-business-or-company

Thanks to RipoffReport for again 'alerting' public about above 'indeed being a SCAM' as I suspected.

My belief is the 'perpetrators' are still using all the same domain/host providers and have just changed their site 'name/appearance' to again try to SCAM users out of our 'hard earned money'.
