Cell for Cash - RMS Communications Stolen Phones No Payment POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Ocala Florida

Cell for Cash offers a service to people with old cell phones you go online put your phone info they give a dollar amount back to you when they get your phones. Problem is after they receive your phones they are done with you I sent 3 phones to them in Dec 09 after they verfiy the phones I have heard NOTHING NO CHECK NO CALLS I THINK MAYBE 2 emails back saying they would resolve the problem but nothing. The phone number the list no one every answers and they never call back. Half the emails I have found from all three company and the AKA come back as a failure. I have now sent over 100 emails to anyone at all 3 companies but still nothing even sent emails to the president Mike Mosieur still nothing as of 03/20/2010. Seems a lot of same complaints out there. PLEASE BEWARE OF WHO YOU DO BUSINESS WITH. I WILL. Also if any hekp to others file a BBB report and do send out complaint to the FL Attorney General and hey even try emailing the local newspaper where this company is located thats about all you can do after they steal your phones.
