Ordered wine over two months ago now. Charged me immediately despite clearly not being able to deliver merchandise. Finally partial deliver after many calls, emails and weeks. For the last six weeks now no return phone calls, no replies to emails and the online live chat they want you to use never answers and only takes more messages.
Searches on the web confirm this is a consistent theme with this merchant. Ultimately they need to be avoided.
To be clear don't waste your time and like me your money with this irresponsible outfit.
