I sent them two Blackberries in December 2009 for which I was to receive $70. I received a confirmation from that, but still have not received my payment.
I have sent them numerous emails and have left numerous phone messages. They never answer the phone. I emailed the owner Mike Mosieur. Today I received a very rude reply from him. He said he no longer owns the company and to stop emailing him.
I don't know what to do at this point. I just want either my money or my phones returned to me.

I received my check for $70 today. I had filed complaints with the appropriate agencies. I can't say whether or not the payment was a result of these complaints, or they were just delayed in making their payments. I will say, that all of this could have been alleviated by a simple response to my emails or phone calls. If they had told me they were running behind, I would have been understanding. It was the total lack of communication that was the problem. I appreciate that they did honor their contract with me.

Mr. Mosieur,
I emailed you directly in February a couple of times and I did again last night based on this comment copied below that you left for another person. I have received no replies. Now when I call your phone number all I get is a busy signal.
Here is what you wrote:
"As I have said, if you email me at mmosieur@yahoo.com I will fix whatever problem you have with Cell for Cash. We handle thousands of handsets and other items and get a very small percenatge of complaints. If we handle 30,000 phones and get a 1% complaint rate, thats 300 people, unhappy about something."

Thank you, Mike, for replying so quickly. I am sorry someone is impersonating you. He was very rude to me, and I hope you can clear that up. I am only frustrated because my many attempts to both email and call Cell for Cash get no reply. I only wish to receive my $70 payment. I used your company about 5 years ago, and I was totally satisfied. It was that satisfaction that led me to send more phones to you. If you can expedite my payment I would appreciate it very much, and I will send a follow-up indicating that you did fulfull your obligation. I am not trying to bad mouth you. I just did not know where else to turn. If you need my order number, please reply and let me know how to get it to you.

First of all, I do not own Cell for Cash. I am an employee.
Secondly, I never sent any such email. It looks like someone has set up the email mikemosieur@yahoo.com. and is sending out rude emails. I have complained to Yahoo. This is what I get for trying to be helpful and transparent.
Cell for Cash cannot here or anywhere else publish the terms of your transaction. As I have said before many of the complaints we get are bogus. I am not saying here that this specific one is but most are and as I mentioned we cannot publish the facts.
Suffice to say that the matter has been handled.
