CellHut.com cell phones, cell accessories Glen Cove New York

I ordered a cell phone from this company. Due to the company not willing to ship the phone to my work address, I had the phone re-shipped to cell hut via UPS on Feb 4th. I contacted cell hut on Feb 9th, and they confirmed that they did received the merchandise. On this day I was told that my refund would be processed and my money would re- appear in my account within 7- 10 business days.

On the 19th of february I called in to cell hut and was told my a customer service rep that my refund would be processed and in my account within 2-3 business days.

On the 22nd I emailed cell hut and got no response. I called in and I was told that my refund was processed and should appear in my account within 2- 3 business days. I told them that I have been giving that same excuse numerous times. They apologized and assured me my money would be refunded.

During the next week or so, I emailed cellhut.com and received no response. I finally received a response on the 26th and was told the same thing.

I emailed again and on March 2nd, 2009 I received a email saying they apologize for the inconvenience and my money would be refunded in 2 -3 business days.

It has now been another week. I have called, emailed, etc and nothing. They refuse to respond to my emails and i keep getting the same excuse over the phone.

I just want my money. I have complained to the BBB and nothing. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are going to look into it. This company has poor customer service and do not believe in maintaing the happiness of their customers.
