Cellitused does not pay on time!!!! Still waiting after almost a month! Internet

This is what I get from Cellitused after waiting a month for my money.  My 12 year old is upset and so am I!!!  Another site similar to this has a person saying they are giving them the same "fraud" line that I got about their bank account!  Bull-oney!!!
