CellphoneAccents A company with many products to sell, they just don't deliver them to you. Orange, California

I ordered a cell phone case from Cellphone Accents. The payment was taken out the next day from my account. I attempted to track its shipping progress after a few days only to be informed that there was no such order on file. They checked and stated that it was on back order and would take perhaps up to three weeks to come in but I was more than welcome to choose a similiar item. I could not locate another to my liking so I asked for a refund. Within minutes my order was found and had already been mailed.

Different order number assigned. Attempted to track this purchase but again order could not be located.

I found a case on another website and placed order. This arrived within three days. Second company has same address as Cellphone Accents. Cellphone Accents finally sent me info to track my order. According to the tracking info supplied by Cellphone Accents, I had received the case from them. I had the tracking info from the second company from the instant it left their facility and the order number matched what they had given me. Both tracking sheets listed the same exact tracking number. Two different orders do not have the same tracking number.

Cellphone Accents has not responded to my most recent correspondance other than a computer generated response stating that a rep will contact me within a day or two.
