Cellular Choices promised a $150.00 rebate if I signed up for cell phone service. The rebate conditions could not be met. It is clear to me they had no intention of repaying this rebate.
There is a toll free number you can call for "customer service" but you will not get any satisfaction from these people and they do not do what is promised.
I very carefully complied with all of the terms and conditions of the rebate, but still the rebate is refused. I talked to my cell phone carrier and they said that they only gave Cellular Choices a sales commission for signing the customers up. With this it is clear they could not afford to pay a $150.00 rebate and make any money on this deal.
I am looking to start a class action law suit on this.

I had a problem with the phone and contacted Motorola. They said that this phone was not made in the USA and was imported into the US improperly and they (Motorola) would not honor the warranty!!!
