 One star is over rating this Place.We have been customers for many years becouse they WERE pretty fair. NEVER again. I Bought what should have been an affordable phone from them this past week for my daughter.She has a problem missplacing phones and we didnt want to spend a great deal knowing it probably would be lost relatively soon.the problem was that they do not apparently pre check to see if the phones they are selling to customers work. Left the store with the phone on a charger. Got home and the thing does not take a charge. Went back and exchanged the phone with a story about this second phone will not be a problem but it also does need a charge. Took them at face value as we had realy never had issue's with them before but after getting home and the phone being charged the entire trip, (1/2 hr plus) The second it was unplugged, again, this second phone did not hold a charge. Took a third trip to this place and honestly didnt think there would be an issue but instead the sales rep brought out different phones and offered to sell us another phone ( pay the difference) or refund our prior payment less the activation fee. My issue with that is Three trips to this store, they do not check there stock to see if it works before selling it to customers, either way we were now going to be out additional money becouse there offer was either buy up to another so called better phone or take the refund but the refund does not include the activation fee so no matter what we do, we are out at minimum $15.00 extra dollars and two extra trips to there store for a total of aproximatly three hours extra of our time, $20.00 extra on an upgraded phone and an extra $20.00/$25.00 in gas driving from Littleton to this store. Completely uncool for them to not offer another phone to us for no additional out of pocket expence. I will never use them again and We were regular customers for years. My point to this after Cellular city ruined our morning was to offer us two options, both of witch cost US more money. Either accept the upsell and pay more for another phone or take a refund on the previose purchases but loose the activation fee to our provider. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
