Joe,
Hello I am a customer service representative with Cellular One....I am responding to your ripoff report above....you state that the orders are classified information...we have had a ton of customers who were deported or transferred who were able to show us proof of their deport papers or papers stating that they must move...these papers are given out by your military company. The fact is...we really do need a copy of this because if we are not provided with this anyone can say "i am being transferred cancel my services" if there was no need for proof we would lose money as a company. I am sure if you check with your boss or her boss they will provide you some sort of documentation of the need for a transfer and we can cancel your account without an early termination fee as we have done with a lot of our military customers (believe me your not the only one)
Another thing you might want to check is if you really do have service in Texas because we do have a market in Texas where we have local coverage as well as statewide coverage and national coverage....if you need a statewide unlimited plan you can go to a local retail store and do an intermarket transfer (if you call customer care we can assist you with our list over over 16 retail locations in texas) We can also give you a map that will show you GSM coverage in Texas.
Well I hope this helps you out!
